Anytime my son asks for anything that includes peanut butter and apples is going to be an easy win for him. This is about as healthy as cookies come, add your favorite toppings to make it more or less healthy.
- Peanut butter
- Coconut shreds
- Chocolate Chips
- Remove apple core.
- Slice apple into thin rings.
- Spread peanut butter over one side of ring.
- Top with your choice of toppings.
