    hey how did you paint the engine bay. Thinking about mine but dont want to pay to get it done.

    Since the engine and most all components were already taken out of the engine bay, we simply used some cleaning agents and the hit it with a few coats of paint that I picked out. Be sure to do a quality job and spend time letting things dry, taping things off and making sure you get a nice consistent coverage. The paint was relatively cheap and I had a friend that had a small heated garage and paint equipment.
