
Cream Cheese Egg Salad
This is a perfect spread to have handy as an appetizer or with breakfast.
Ingredients
- 6 hardboiled eggs (or more to taste)
- 1 package soft cream cheese (microwave to soften)
- 1-1.5 chick bouillon
- Worcestershire and hot sauce to taste
- 8 green onions thin sliced
Directions
- Mix to combine, serve cold on toast, english muffin, crackers
