Cream Cheese Egg Salad

This is a perfect spread to have handy as an appetizer or with breakfast.


  • 6 hardboiled eggs (or more to taste)
  • 1 package soft cream cheese (microwave to soften)
  • 1-1.5 chick bouillon
  • Worcestershire and hot sauce to taste
  • 8 green onions thin sliced


  1. Mix to combine, serve cold on toast, english muffin, crackers
